OK Lets get started.
Open the potting shed image or an image of your choice in PSP and open the ovalfloralimage as well. Duplicate your image twice and close the original. Minimize one of the images for now. Click on the oval floral image to select it. Go to edit copy. Then click on the potting shed image to select it. Go to edit/ paste as new layer. *If you are using a different image then I did then you may need to click on your deform tool
and stretch the image so that there is a little space around each side.* Next go to effects/plugins/ulead/art texture and use the following settings…or settings of your choice. You could also use a blade pro preset if you’d rather.
Then add the following drop shadow.
Next click your magic wand and select the inside of the oval. Go to Selections/Modify/expand and type in a 2. Add a new layer and go to Layers/Arrange/Move down. Go to effects/3D/cutout and use the following settings.

Add a new layer and repeat cutout changing the H and V to -2. Do not deselect! Go to Selections/Invert. On your layer palette click on the background layer to select it. Go to Adjust/Blur/Blur more. *for PSP 7 go to Effects/Blur/Blur more* Selections/Select none. Layers/Merge/Merge all flatten.
Now go to Image/Add borders and add a black border of 1, symmetric checked. Go to Selections/Select all and add the same 2 cutouts you used on the oval. I’m going to get a bit repetitive here now lol.
Go to image/add borders and add a 2 pixel white border.
Go to image/add borders and add a 1 pixel black border.
Go to image/add borders and add a 2 pixel white border.
Go to image/add borders and add a 1 pixel black border.
Go to image/add borders and add a 2 pixel white border.
OK now with your magic wand select all white borders. To select them all hold down your shift key while selecting. *PSP8 users make sure that your magic wand is set to select inside…not outside as is the default.* Go to Effects/Plugins/Ulead/Art texture and use the same settings you used before (or the same blade pro preset)
Now go to Image/Add borders and add a 10 pixel white border. Select this new border with your magic wand. Remember that copy of your image you minimized? Well open it now lol. Go to Edit/Copy. Then click back on the image you’ve been working on and go to Edit/Paste into selection. While still selected go to Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur and type in 10 OK. Don’t deselect yet. Go to Effects/3D/Inner bevel and use the metallic preset. Deselect.
Now go to Image/Add borders and add a black border of 1, symmetric checked. Go to Selections/Select all and add the same 2 cutouts.
Go to Effects/Plugins/Ulead/Art texture and use the same settings you used before (or the same blade pro preset)
Now add a 20 pixel white border. Select it with your magic wand and go to Edit/Paste into selection. (Your image should still be on the clipboard but if it isn‘t you will have to copy it again) While still selected go to Adjust/Blur/Blur more. Repeat the blur more. Then go to Effects/3D/Inner bevel and use the metallic preset again. Deselect.
Now go to Image/Add borders and add a black border of 1, symmetric checked. Go to Selections/Select all and add the same 2 cutouts.
Add a 2 pixel white border and select it with your magic wand. Effects/Plugins/Ulead/Art texture and use the same settings you used before (or the same blade pro preset).
