Unzip file and move the .msk files to your mask folder in PSP. Move the corner brushes file to your brushes folder in PSP. Open PSP and open the graphic. Hit shift D to duplicate it and close the original. Now lets get started.

Go to Layers/new raster layer and flood fill it with a medium color from your graphic. I used #37708E. Next go to masks/load from disk and double click circle.msk. go to masks/invert. go to masks delete and choose yes when the window pops up.

Next go to Selections/select all, Selections/float. Go to Effects/texture/blinds using these settings.

Blinds Screen Shot

Next go to Effects/ Geometric / Curly Q's using these settings.

CurlyQ Screen Shot

Next go to Effects/3d/Drop shadow with these settings.

Drop Shadow Screen Shot

Click on Selections/select none. Now would be a good time to save your work.

OK Now we are going to add the floral mask. Go to Layers/new raster layer and flood fill with another color from your graphic. I used #B392A7. Go to Masks/load from disk and double click 0815-Floral01-smb.msk. Masks/Delete mask and click yes when it asks. Go to Effects/3D/inner bevel and use these settings.

Inner Bevel Screen Shot

Next go to Effects/3D/Drop shadow and use the same settings as before. Add this drop shadow twice. Go to Layers/merge all. Save!

OK now to add the outer frame. Set your background color to the same color you used for the floral mask layer(#B392A7). Go to Image/add border make it 10 pixels, symmetric. Click OK. Now click on your magic wand tool and click inside your new border. Go to Effects/3D/inner bevel and keep the settings the same as before. Click ok. DO NOT DESELECT. Go to Selections/invert. Go to Layers/new raster layer. Go to Effects/3D/Cut out using these settings.

Cut Out Screen Shot

Add a new layer and add another cutout using the same settings but change the horizontal and vertical to -2. Selections/Select None. Layers/Merge All.

Change your background color to the color you used for the circle mask layer(#37708E). Now go to Image/Add Borders and make this one 20 pixels. Use your magic wand tool and click inside your new border. Add a new raster layer and go to Effects/3D/cut out and use the same settings as before (Vertical and Horizontal at 2). Selections/Select None. Layers/Merge All.

Change your background and forground colors to the color you used for the first border (#B392A7). Go to Image/ Add Border and change the size to 10 pixels. OK. Use your magic wand tool and click inside your new border. Go to Effects/3D/Inner Bevel and use the same settings as before. Selections/Select None.

Now for the corners. Add a new raster layer. Click on your paintbrush tool and click on the little paintbrush.

Paint Brush Screen Shot

And select a corner brush...I used #2. Make sure your settings are the same as mine pictured above unless you use a different corner. Then you will have to play with the size till it looks the way you want it. Click once on your new layer. Use you mover tool to move the corner to the top left corner. Once its the way you want it, right click the top layer on your layer pallett and choose duplicate. Do it again. Now you should have 3 layers of your corner brush. Close the bottom layer by clicking on the little glasses on your layer pallette. Make sure on of you corner layers is highlighted and go to Layers/ Merge visible. You can turn your bottom layer back on now.

Are you remembering to save??

Now make sure you corner layer is highlighted in your layer pallette and go to Effects/3D/Inner Bevel and add the same inner bevel. Now go to Effects/3D/Drop Shadow and use the same settings as before.

Last step I promise lol. Go to your layer pallete and right click the corner layer and choose duplicate. Go to Image/Mirror. Right click the top layer and choose Duplicate. Go to Image/Flip. Right slick the top layer and choose duplicate. Go to Image/Mirror. All your corners should be there now. Go to Layers/Merge all. Now save it as a JPEG and your done :D.

Hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
